Jennifer Krapp, a seasoned professional with more than two decades of expertise in the hospitality industry, currently heads restaurant operations for The Indigo Road Hospitality Group. Her journey in fine dining began when she was just 17 years old as a host at Van Gogh’s in Roswell, GA, sparking a lifelong passion for the industry.
Jennifer’s career flourished at California Pizza Kitchen (CPK), where she evolved from a server to a Corporate Trainer and then assistant manager. Her role at CPK not only fueled her love for training and development but also ignited her enthusiasm for travel as she opened stores globally.
Her tenure at the nationally acclaimed Canoe in Atlanta further honed her skills. Starting as a server, she rapidly ascended to a leadership role as Dining Room Director, notably developing their esteemed server training program. This experience solidified her dedication to training, coaching, and strategic planning, mainly designing and branding restaurants from concept to creation.
Expanding her hospitality experience, Jennifer established her own restaurant consulting firm, significantly contributing to the success of the Frog Hollow Dining Group in Augusta, GA, and managing prestigious hospitality events, including the Mercedes Benz compound during the Master’s Golf Tournament.
Now based in Charleston, SC, Jennifer excels in her role with The Indigo Road Hospitality Group leading teams and maintaining the overall standards of dining operations. In this role, Jennifer ensures teams throughout the collection of independent and lodging-based F&B outlets are supported and set up for success in processes, staffing, implementation and quality execution. Jennifer’s commitment to continuous learning and development is evident in her responsibility for nurturing new talent and maintaining high operational standards.
When not with the teams or on the road visiting locations, Jennifer enjoys culinary explorations, reading business books, and cherishing family moments with her niece and nephew. While she has spent much of her life in Atlanta, she now finds a second home in Charleston, balancing her time between these two vibrant cities.
