Rivet House

The Rivet House is an old textile mill where denim jeans were riveted for a nearly a century and was acquired by local investors who love their community and decided to repurpose the old mill into Athens’ first luxury hotel. Rivet House will offer 51 guest rooms, a restaurant, and a spa. It is located next door to Creature Comfort brewing and there will be a tasting room next door to the Rivet House where events will be executed by Rivet House’s F&B team.

Rivet House is currently under construction and slated to open in fall of 2023 – just in time for Georgia Bulldog football
