Before joining The Indigo Road, Alex held leadership roles with OTH Hotels & Resorts, Bandon Dunes, Benchmark Hospitality, and other luxury resorts across the Southwest. Throughout his career, he has focused on leadership development, culture building, and strategic growth, always driven by the belief that people thrive when given the right opportunities and support.

At The Indigo Road, Alex continues to champion a people-first approach, strengthening leadership programs and enhancing employee engagement. His philosophy is simple: leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about impact. Outside of work, he finds daily inspiration in his family, especially his daughter’s dedication on the volleyball court and in the classroom—a reminder of the power of perseverance, support, and believing in oneself.
